The cleats tension is adjustable for clip in and out feelings by screwing the side of the pedal.
- EASY TO INSTALL - Clearly marked L (left)/ R (Right) makes pedal installation quick and easy. Simply use a 15mm open-end wrench to install pedal onto your indoor bike.
